The interaction between felodipine and bovine serum protein was studied, the optimal experimental conditions were selected, fluorescence quenching mechanism discussed. filodipine determined by UV spectrophotometry, selected control variable method. of in system explored spectrophotometry. intensity most obvious under buffer solution pH 7.4, concentration 8.0*10 -4 mol/L, reaction time 30min 25°C. Static caused formation complex compounds.
